Description
Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the Building & Construction Industry to recruit a Site Supervisor for immediate employment. The Office will be located in Accra.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for overseeing construction projects and supervise the construction workforce on site.
Job Description:
- Quality assurance on site
- Preparation of daily reports on site
- Overseeing site operations, to specifications and timelines
- Leads a team of on-site staffs
- Maintaining health and safety records (including safety briefings daily or specific to a task)
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
