Hon. Afrifa-Mensa, the Member of Parliament for Amasaman, initiated the groundbreaking ceremony for a clinic project in Adusa, Mayera.
This project, which will include a ten-bed ward, a maternity room, a pharmacy, and a room with a kitchen and washroom for the medical officer on duty, will be fully funded by the MP.
During his address to the audience, Hon. Afrifa acknowledged the poor condition of the Mayera road but expressed his determination to see it fixed by the end of the year.
He stated that he had utilized all available resources, including the Parliament floor, media, and other means, to advocate for the Mayera Road’s repair.
He believes that the people will soon see improvements to the road.
The clinic project is scheduled to be completed within six months, and the Hon. MP urged the chiefs and opinion leaders to support this noble cause and continue supporting the NPP, which has demonstrated its commitment to the people.
The Ga-West Municipal Assembly’s Municipal Engineer and other technical team were also present at the event.
