The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) management has made it clear that they are not currently engaged in any recruitment activities, including issuing invitations for medical examinations, sending out appointment letters, arranging attachments, or conducting training sessions.
In an official statement, the GNFS emphasized that they have not authorized any individual, organization, or third party to handle recruitment processes or distribute application forms on their behalf. Therefore, any such announcements or claims should be ignored.
The GNFS management, in their statement, appealed to the public to assist in combatting recruitment scams on social media by promptly reporting any suspicious individuals or entities to the police or by calling 0299341436 from Monday to Friday between 0800 hours and 1600 hours.
The GNFS stated that they will officially announce and advertise any job vacancies in National Daily Newspapers (such as the Daily Graphic and Ghanaian Times) to inform the public when they are ready to commence recruitment into the service, following the necessary clearance procedures.
