Dr Likee’s Inspiration Leads Wayoosi to YouTube Success

Wayoosi, a well-known Kumawood actor, has attributed his success on YouTube to his colleague, comedian Akabenezer, also known as Dr Likee. According to Wayoosi, Dr Likee encouraged him to be consistent with his YouTube channel, which he had helped him to create.

After a month of regularly uploading videos, Wayoosi’s subscriber count and revenue skyrocketed, with him making over GH₵20,000, which was more than what he made from acting in movies.

During an interview on Zionfelix TV, Wayoosi narrated how Dr Likee had influenced him to revamp his YouTube channel. At an event in Sehwi, Dr Likee asked about the progress of Wayoosi’s channel, to which he responded with an excuse that his acting roles took up most of his time.

Dr Likee then shot a video and uploaded it to his channel, urging Wayoosi to be consistent. Wayoosi expressed his gratitude, saying that his YouTube channel had helped him immensely and that he had never made as much money as he had through YouTube.
